From the North

  • Take the A82 Inverness – Fort William road
  • From the Post Office in Drumnadrochit (15miles from Inverness) you are 52 miles to the centre of Fort William.
  • Continue a further 53 miles on the A82 to Crainlarrich.
  • At Crainlarriach, TURN RIGHT signed Glasgow, Tarbert (A82).
  • Continue on this road for 17 miles until you reach Tarbert.
  • At Tarbert TURN RIGHT onto the A83 signed Arrochar & Inverary.
  • Continue on this road for 13 miles and TURN LEFT signed for Strachur & Dunoon (A815)
  • Continue on this road for 9.8 miles TURN RIGHT signed Tighnabruaich (A886).
  • Continue on this road for 9.2 miles down into Glendaruel village and TURN RIGHT at the sign for HOME FARM COTTAGES.
  • Continue along the single track road for 3 miles and TURN LEFT into your well signed cottages.

From the South

Go into Glendaruel village and pass the Glendaruel Hotel on your left. About 100 yards past the hotel you’ll see a sign for Home Farm Cottages. Take this turn and continue over the humpback bridge and on for approximately 2 miles. You’ll pass some historic stone gates on your right. Home Farm Cottages is a few hundred yards past this on your right.
