Home Farm Cottages

We have been working hard in the background to ensure Home Farm Cottages are in line with new COVID Secure standards in terms of hygiene, health and safety, social distancing and safe working practices so that we can, Scottish Government guidelines permitting, welcome you back from Wednesday 15th July.

Our new policies and procedures follow the Scottish Government Sector Guidance for Tourism and Hospitality and are in line with Cleaning Protocols for Self-Catering properties from the Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers.

Please take some time to read our new COVID Secure Policy to learn more about the comprehensive measures we have put in place to protect customers, staff and stakeholders who visit our premises.

You can be assured that you will still receive a warm welcome, content in the knowledge that your health and safety is our top priority.

Self-catering accommodation in Argyll

Home Farm Cottages, Glendaruel.  The cottages are set in the heart of Argyll, on the Cowal Way and are surrounded by 150 acres of woodland which is rich in wildlife and gloriously unspoilt countryside with some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland.

Our properties include a beautifully restored and renovated 120+ year old farm building which has been converted into modern cottages in a rural setting.  The self-catering holiday cottages offer holiday accommodation for 2 up to 6 people.

Each cottage has been lovingly restored and decorated to ensure comfort and luxury for your family holiday in Argyll.  The cottages have an abundance of space with the courtyard setting offering each cottage a sense of privacy within easy access to the 150 acres of land adjoining the cottages and the River Ruel which is a short walk away.

The Kyles of Bute, awaits discovery just 6 miles away, as does the tranquil village of Tighnabruaich with its stunning natural bays, sandy beach, shops and restaurants.

Lots to see and do within travel distance - in short, the foundation of a great holiday!
